I was fascinated by Kirbie‘s peanut butter and Nutella cookies. And what makes it even more intriguing is that it only uses four ingredients. Curiosity definitely played a big part in me trying it out.
The cookies turned out better than I expected. I admit it, I was definitely skeptical. I was feeling insecure without my baking soda and baking powder.
These little morsels have a compact texture and rich taste. You can definitely taste the peanut butter and Nutella in it. The only downside is, I felt that it lost its “crunch” the next day. Even though I kept them in an airtight container. To be fair, they are not meant to be crunchy in the first place.
So, this recipe is your best friend when you need some immediate sugar fix or when the in-laws come over unannounced. It takes only a fraction of the usual cookie-making-time to get from plain flour to chocolate-y bites.
